How long does it take for the package to be delivered?

We do our best to deliver your order within 7-10 business days from the order date. All orders placed before 12:00 in the morning are shipped the same day.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery is FREE from 34€ of purchase.

What happens after I place an order?

Once we have received your payment, your package is taken care of by one of our carriers. Orders placed before 12:00 in the morning are shipped the same day.

I still haven't received my order!

Delivery takes on average 7-10 business days. There are various reasons why you may not have received your order yet:

  • you provided an incorrect or incomplete address during the payment phase
  • you were not at home when the delivery took place
  • Delivery delays may be due to festivities

My orders

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Absolutely. Once the order is placed, you will receive an invoice and payment confirmation on your email.

All your invoices and order statuses will be available in your account.

What should I do if I received a damaged or wrong product?

Before shipping the products, we carefully secure them with bubble wrap and other materials to avoid any damage during transport. However, it happens that some products arrive damaged due to mishandling by the transport company.

If this happens:

  • If the package is visibly deformed, please take a photo of it before opening it, with a photo of the invoice next to it.
  • take a photo of the products if they are damaged so that they are not usable
  • send these photos to our company by email contact@magicstrass.fr
My order still hasn't arrived!

Our team is working hard to ensure your orders leave our warehouse and arrive at your doorstep within 7-10 business days. We apologize in advance for any delays due to high order volumes, holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

How packages are shipped:

  • An order placed before 12:00 will be shipped the same day.
  • Once the carrier has taken charge of your package, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number.
  • If you do not receive a tracking number within 24 hours, please contact us at contact@magicstrass.fr
